Biting the Bullet in Tiny Steps

Tiny teps add up to big leaps. To accomplish great things, all you need is a blue-collar work attitude: Do your work every day.
Tim Ferriss forces himself to write at least “two crappy pages” per day. So does every other writer – “writer’s block” is acknowledged and then ignored.
If you just force yourself to do a tiny bit of work every day, you will succeed in the long term.
If you want to get started with exercising, do one push-up every evening. That keeps resistance to a minimum. It is so ridiculously little that it’s hard to neglect.

But once you’ve bitten the bullet, more often than not, you’ll want to do more. That’s great. That’s the purpose.
However, don’t worry if one push-up is all for a day – you’ve taken a tiny step into the right direction.
